In my sexual therapy, I combine conversations with perception and body exercises. Together, we define the therapy goals based on your individual needs and concerns. During the analysis of the initial situation, I ask targeted questions that encourage you to recognize existing strengths and resources and to understand the logic of the situation. From a sexological perspective, I outline the steps necessary to achieve your personal goals.
My work is based on the sexological model Sexocorporel, developed by Prof. Jean-Yves Desjardins at the Département de Séxologie de l’Université du Québec in Montréal. This model for sexual health addresses the physical, cognitive, and relational aspects of sexuality, as well as the sexual experiences of an individual. Using the Sexocorporel model, individual learning processes are designed in a resource-oriented way to improve sexual health and enhance well-being.
