This website provides information about sex therapy, couples therapy, counselling and sexuality education. General content and publications do not replace a personal assessment, individual advice or medical diagnosis and treatment. The methods and examples described do not imply any particular treatment outcome.

Information about appointments, session lengths and fees is available under Services. Contact through this website is initially an enquiry. An appointment is only agreed once personally confirmed; specific terms are clarified as part of that agreement.

Content is prepared with care. Nevertheless, information may be incomplete, incorrect or out of date. Content and services may be changed; uninterrupted technical availability of the website cannot be guaranteed.

Images & AI transparency

The portraits of Rahel Bühler and photographs of the practice rooms in Chur are based on supplied original photographs. The illustrative counselling scenes were created using generative artificial intelligence. They do not show real clients and do not document actual counselling sessions.

The tree-of-life emblem was redesigned with AI assistance based on the existing company motif. AI-assisted tools were also used to draft and revise some website texts. Rahel Bühler remains responsible for the content.

Contact methods & privacy

The telephone, email and WhatsApp icons open the selected contact method. The contact form sends your enquiry through a Netlify server function to my Hostpoint email inbox. When you open external services, their privacy policies also apply.

Please use email or WhatsApp primarily for administrative enquiries, and share detailed personal or health information only through a suitable contact method that we have agreed together. Information about data processing is available in the privacy policy.
